In this case, we are working as your packaging supplier and recycler, we offer you low cost plastic logistic packaging which is always more cost efficient than the prevalent packaging. We also require you to collect the end-of-life packaging from your current system, and to send us for recycling into qualified renewed packaging to be used again. You then pay recycling cost for those end-of-life packaging, which is much lower than the purchase cost of new packaging. In this business model, the waste treatment of your packaging is realized by the high quality recycling offered by us, therefore you also saves your packaging tariff but have a much improved Extended Producer Responsibility performance (40% plastic packaging waste recycling in EU but 100% recycling here).

Such high quality and low cost recycling process, is attributed to the advanced plastic material design and dedicated mechanical recycling process developed by us and our partners. For example, the plastic transportation pallet offered by us could be recycled with more than 10 cycles without performance compromise.

It is estimated that the replacement of wood pallet by plastic pallet will reduce a maximum 96% of waste (2 years average life time of wood pallet vs 5 years average life time of plastic pallet times 10 recycling cycles), to support circularity targets set at EU Green deal and EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation.
